The village

, Gorna Dikania, is not a built up village but has villas spread out along the road. And many wealthy Sofians have holiday

homes here. There is a lovely lake with fantastic mountain views. Less than five mins drive there are a few bars surrounding

it. One of them is just up on the road and has a slightly elevated position where you can sit and admire the views while

drinking a nice cold beer. The village has a few small shops. The next village up (appx 1 mile) has bigger shops/supermarket.

A bus service runs through the village about six times a day. Sofia is only 45 mins away and the town of Dupnitsa is only 15

mins drive away and has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Radomir is only 15 mins drive and also has lots of shops and

bars. The Rila monastry is only 45 mins away. Bankso ski resort 2 hours. Borovets ski resort 45 mins. And the Greek border is

less than three hours away.

The house is furnished and fully renovated inside. It only needs a small amount of work

outside. The house has own water supply (well) installed last year, new electrics fitted including trip switch fuse board,

and complete new plumbing. All new upvc windows and doors fitted recently.
The garden has been fenced off, and entrance

gates fitted. There are security bars fitted to all windows and doors although the neighbourhood is save and the crime is

very rare.
